With a full range of rentals available, you can enjoy winter sports at your leisure.
You can spend your time skiing and relaxing at the hotel.

Ski lift tickets are available for Seibu Prince Global Rewards (SEIBU PRINCE CLUB) members only, and can be purchased as an option when making a reservation for the Prince Basic package.
Please apply for it from the reservation page when you make a reservation at the hotel you will be staying at.

轻井泽王子大饭店滑雪场 2025-2026 年开放

轻井泽王子大饭店滑雪场是东京最便捷的滑雪场之一。
乘坐新干线约一小时即可到达。
滑雪场提供条件良好的滑雪道，主要供初级和中级滑雪者使用，还设有雪上公园。
滑雪季节从 11 月 1 日开始，因为造雪机可以在冷空气中造出优质的雪。
滑雪场底部是一个巨大的度假区，包括王子大酒店和一个大型购物中心。

à la carte Charlemagne of beef filet

A steak of beef fillet topped with mushroom duxelles, finished in the oven with Béarnaise sauce.
This is a classic French dish, and one of the signature meat courses traditionally served at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa’s “Trianon” restaurant and wedding banquets.

A signature dish that gained immense popularity at the “Prince Villa” restaurant in the Tokyo Prince Hotel during the 1990s, often drawing long lines of customers.

Seizan Golf Course　Renovated and reopened

Seizan Golf Course is evolving to enrich our customers’ golf life.

Designed by world-renowned architect Shigeru Ban, the existing building has been renovated as a clubhouse.
It will provide a warm and open interior space.
You can enjoy a round of golf with a resort-like atmosphere where you do not have to worry about players in front of or behind you.
All groups will play through, but half breaks and additional half rounds are available upon request.

RESTAURANT

A new restaurant has been established with “wellness” as its keyword.
The restaurant is available not only for lunch and dinner, but also as a café.
Please enjoy to your heart’s content, mainly dishes using ingredients from the rich nature of Shinshu and traditional fermented foods.
In addition, the restaurant offers a wide selection of drinks made in Shinshu, including wines from the “Shinshu Chikumagawa Wine Valley (East Area) Special Zone” and Karuizawa beer, as well as domestic whiskey, making it a community bar for adults who want to enjoy a relaxing drink.

Sustainability steps / SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)轻井泽王子度假村的可持续发展行动

在轻井泽王子度假村，以西武集团共同的理念“集团展望”为基础，意识到联合国提倡的“SDGs”，强化了实现该目标的ESG。

取得了Sakura Quality Green

轻井泽王子大饭店取得了认定实践SDGs引入设施的“Sakura Quality An ESG Practice”的“3御衣黄樱（三星）”。

■“Sakura Quality Green”是指
专门针对SDGs观点的质量认证制度。
由环保、区域社会关怀、可持续企业治理标准构成，根据SDGs项目分为5个阶段进行评价。

安心安全的措施 [ 食品安全保证和食品事故防止 ]

为了让客人更加安心地用餐，饭店彻底监察保证食材的品质和厨房的卫生管理，以及对员工的教育管理，致力于确保食品安全和防止食品事故。

环境保护措施 [ 自伐型林业活动 ]

滑雪场以提供自然环境的保护及自然体验教育为目的，与NPO法人自伐型林业推进协会合作，在场内的闲置森林区域开展长久性森林整备。
滑雪场从2021年夏天开始进行约16ha的砍伐，以创造抗灾性强、害兽少、美丽丰富的森林为目标。

[ 酒店开发时砍伐的森林、木材的活用 ]

轻井泽地区再开发时开展了森林再利用的环保活动，例如林间越野步行和越野跑，使用被拆解后的小木屋的木材作为搭建Villa阳台的材料，以及举办面向儿童的木材工作教室。

[ 引进和推进环保设备 ]

在轻井泽地区从中长期的地球环境保护的观点出发，致力于导入抑制CO2排放量、电力消耗的设备。
〇导入使用压缩木屑等制材副产物的固体燃料“颗粒”的火炉
〇在酒店和高尔夫球场导入电动汽车、电动高尔夫球车
〇减少季度总计约1800kWh的电力消耗量的照明LED化

[ 自然能源活用 ]

轻井泽地区从2016年8月启动了“王子能源生态农场轻井泽水电站”。
预计年间将削减约731吨的CO2。
计算出约52214棵杉树的植树造林效果。

[ 食材地产地消 ]

饭店餐厅积极采用当地农产品，开发提供具有当地特色的饮食菜单，县产自酿啤酒等，助力推进地域发展。

[ 减少食物浪费 ]

为了减少食物浪费，首先在食材采购和食品提供时努力做到按需购买,按需供给。推进食品废弃物的轻量化和资源化。
其次，根据2019年5月在饭店自助餐厅实施的有关减少食品浪费方法的调查结果，进行相应对策，例如设置启示海报等措施。

社会的措施 [ 呼籲性別平等 ]

在聯合國製定的紀念日“國際女性日”中，世界各地都在呼籲實現性別平等，增強所有婦女和女童的權能。輕井澤王子大飯店也贊同此紀念日，設置“Mimoza Weeks”期間，開展支援女性的活動。活動銷售額的一部分捐贈給了進行兒童食堂和女性諮詢窗口等支援活動的縣內NPO法人等。

[ 輕井澤王子度假村× 社會福祉法人育護會淺間學園合作藝術 ]

淺間學園出于想通過藝術將制作者的喜悅和欣賞者的喜悅連接起來的想法，實施了將利用者創作的作品借給各種各樣的地方的“想讓可愛的人旅行！企劃”。期間内，在酒店作爲考慮多樣性的價值和意義的機會展示個性溢出的繪畫和造型等約50件作品。並且，藝術家制作的藝術來館者拼貼畫，完成壹個作品的共同制作活動在召開，展示期間結束後，送到淺間學園的同時，把作品的感想和信息傳達給作者，連接制作者和鑒賞者的想法。
