We invite you to enjoy these special occasions with your family and loved ones, and to partake in the elegant festivities we have prepared.

■Kimono dressing experience

From antique to modern styles, choose your favorite from a colorful selection of kimonos and enjoy a professional dressing service.
Afterward, feel free to head out for your New Year’s shrine visit or enjoy a meal at a restaurant—make your once-a-year celebration even more elegant and memorable.

※Kimono options are available for men, women, and children (from 100 cm in height). You may choose your preferred design on the day.
※Guests not staying at the hotel are kindly requested to return the kimono within the same day’s operating hours. Overnight guests may keep the kimono until 9:00 A.M. the following morning.
※When making a reservation, please provide your height in the free comment section.
※Reservations are available in 30-minute time slots. For groups or families of two or more, please book consecutive time slots for each person so you may arrive together.
※Shawls and bags are available for rental. If you plan to go out in kimono, please dress warmly.
※You may wear the kimono over light clothing. If you prefer this option, please wear clothing with a wide neckline.
※If you plan to arrive with your hair styled, we recommend wearing front-opening clothing.

■Tea ceremony

Experience the elegance of traditional Japanese tea ceremony from the Urasenke school, while taking in the serene beauty of the Seto Inland Sea.
The ceremony is held in a casual setting with chair seating, allowing guests to participate comfortably and with ease.

■Original Omamori (Japanese Good Luck Charm)

Choose your favorite design from approximately 200 omamori pouches made from remade kimono fabrics, and craft a one-of-a-kind charm just for you.

■Mizuhiki(Japanese traditional charm)

Try your hand at mizuhiki, the traditional decorative cords that have long accompanied gift-giving in Japan.
You can create your own original omamori charm, such as a plum blossom-shaped bookmark or strap, using your favorite knotting style.
For children, we also offer a fun craft activity where they can complete a picture using colorful mizuhiki cords.

■Goshuincho (Temple Stamp Book)

Choose your favorite kimono fabric and combine it with an accordion-style notebook to craft a one-of-a-kind goshuincho—a traditional Japanese stamp book used for collecting temple and shrine seals.
